Governing documents and whistleblowing
The Board of Directors of Vestum has adopted the following group-wide governing documents:
- Code of Conduct
- Supplier Code of Conduct
- Sustainability Policy
- Anti-Corruption Policy
- AML & CTF Policy
- Sanctions Policy
- Competition Policy
It is of utmost importance for Vestum that regulations are complied with and that the business ethic within the Vestum Group is high. Vestum has therefore set up a group-wide whistleblower service that gives everyone the opportunity to inform about misconduct. The whistleblower service is provided by a third party. The reporting channel for the whistleblower service can be accessed via https://report.whistleb.com/vestum.
