VESTUM COMPLETES DIVESTMENT OF ARCTIC INFRA AB

Vestum AB (publ) (”Vestum”) announced on 11 December 2023 that an agreement had been entered into to divest Arctic Infra AB. On 5 January 2024, Vestum completed the divestment.
